As the hotel is about 20 years old, the rooms look old and the furnitures used. You will definitely have to insist on a non-smoking room if you cannot stand cigarette smoke. Also, not all the rooms has wi-fi internet access that works.
We have stayed at Melia several times and really love their The-level rooms. If you are staying in these rooms, quick check-in, check-out, all-day drinks and breakfast are served in the Executive Lounge on the top floor.
