Despite spacious and grand looking rooms, the rooms could do with further upgrading as it look old to some guests. Some guests complained of the limited TV channels available.

Stayed 2 nights at JW Marriot Hotel, renovation is needed to the age rooms… the power socket was out of order, the lift card system was not user-friendly, the breakfast at Shook Resturant was not impressive.
